Terms & Conditions and Legal Disclaimer
GENERAL POLICY STATEMENT
The website Edinburgh Tram Facts is provided and supported by a group of residents without any political affiliation, underlying political views or corporate funding in order to provide a place for source documents, opinion, debate and comment about the project, and it's wider impacts on Edinburgh, as well as the democratic deficit in respect of meaningful consultation and access to justice in the way the project has been promoted since the decison not to hold a Public Inquiry before beginning the implementation of the project..
The views expressed in blogs and articles on external sites to which the website is linked, are therefore obviously not necessarily the views of the website itself or the people supporting the website.
As a forum for debate and discussion we accept that the website will host views not necessarily our own.
Comments and blogs will often initially be moderated before being published and because the website is administered voluntarily in spare time by a small group this process may take longer than on commercial revenue raising sites.
No posts that are discriminatory in respect of race, gender, sexual orientation will be published and we reserve the right to unpublish any material which after we are informed about it, we judge to be discriminatroy
